**Let’s Kick Off The New Month And Celebrate Spring!**
Here are some ideas to kick off the new month and celebrate the arrival of Spring:

**Spring Cleaning:** Embrace the tradition of spring cleaning by decluttering and organizing your home. Freshen up your space by dusting, vacuuming, and tidying up. Donate or recycle items you no longer need and create a clean, welcoming environment to start the season anew.

**Outdoor Activities:** Take advantage of the milder weather and longer days by spending time outdoors. Go for a nature walk, hike in the mountains, have a picnic in the park, or simply relax in your backyard or local botanical garden. Enjoy the beauty of blooming flowers, budding trees, and chirping birds.

**Plant a Garden:** Channel your green thumb and start a garden, whether it's a small herb garden on your windowsill or a full-fledged vegetable garden in your backyard. Gardening is not only a rewarding hobby but also a great way to connect with nature and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

**Spring Recipes:** Explore seasonal ingredients and try out new recipes featuring fresh fruits and vegetables. Whip up dishes like salads with vibrant greens, asparagus risotto, strawberry shortcake, or lemonade. Get creative in the kitchen and savor the flavors of spring.

**Celebrate Easter:** If you celebrate Easter, enjoy the holiday festivities with family and friends. Decorate eggs, have an Easter egg hunt, bake festive treats like hot cross buns or Easter cookies, and gather for a delicious meal together. It's a time for joy, renewal, and togetherness.

**Refresh Your Wardrobe:** Welcome the new season by refreshing your wardrobe with lighter fabrics, pastel colors, and spring-inspired prints. Put away heavy winter coats and sweaters, and bring out breezy dresses, shorts, and sandals. Treat yourself to a spring fashion makeover!

**Practice Self-Care:** Take time to nurture yourself and prioritize self-care. Indulge in activities that bring you joy and relaxation, whether it's reading a book in the sunshine, taking a bubble bath with floral-scented bath bombs, or practicing yoga outdoors. Prioritize your well-being as you embrace the energy of spring.

**Set Intentions:** Spring is a time of renewal and growth, making it the perfect opportunity to set new goals and intentions for the month ahead. Reflect on what you hope to achieve and take proactive steps to make your dreams a reality. Write down your intentions and revisit them regularly to stay motivated and focused.

However you choose to celebrate, may the arrival of spring bring you renewed energy, positivity, and inspiration for the month ahead!

*Hydration Recipe**
Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:

**Lemon Blueberry Water**
½ lemon cut into slices
Handful of blueberries, muddled

Slice the lemon
Muddle the blueberries
Add all ingredients to a pitcher of water.
Refrigerate until chilled – about 1 hour.

**Give Yourself a Foot Massage:**
After a long day of standing or walking, your feet can feel tired and sore. When this happens, here are 2 techniques that can help you find relief.

Sit down with a tennis ball or small rubber ball. Roll the ball under the entire surface of the foot including the heel, arch, and toes. Roll it back and forth using mild pressure. Change feet and repeat. (Hey that rhymes!)

Sit with one foot across your other knee. Grasp each toe, rotate a few times clockwise and counterclockwise. Bend each toe forward and back, then pull out gently on each toe. Use both hands to grasp firmly on either side of the foot and wiggle hands back and forth, jiggling your foot between them.
